What happens if an update breaks my site?
On the Business and Advanced plans, we’ll restore a backup and fix any broken functionality at no charge. On the Basic plan, we’ll restore a backup at no charge – but if that doesn’t resolve it, additional cleanup is billed at $150/hr.
Why does auto-draft cost less?
Auto-draft (ACH) eliminates processing fees and reduces billing overhead on our end. We pass those savings directly to you – $10/month on every plan.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move up to a higher tier at any time. Contact us and we’ll adjust your next billing cycle.
Is the Basic plan available for my eCommerce site?
No – the Basic plan is not available for eCommerce websites. We recommend the Business or Advanced plan, which include site monitoring and covered repairs, both essential for online stores.
What does “1 hour of SEO improvement” mean on the Advanced plan?
Each month, a TBG team member spends a dedicated hour working on your site’s SEO – optimizing titles, improving internal links, updating schema markup, or addressing items flagged in the monthly assessment. Requires access to your Google Business Profile for the full benefit.
What counts as a “website edit”?
Adding or updating staff bios, swapping photos, updating contact information, changing business hours, or making minor copy edits. Structural redesigns or new page builds are separate and billed at your discounted maintenance rate.
