The Belford Group Management Team
Paula currently works on The Belford Group team remotely from Conway, Arkansas where she lives with her husband and 4 children. At the heart of her work and play is a passion for helping people. She has a unique ability to listen, interpret and clarify communication. Having a heart for teaching accompanied with her degree from the University of Arkansas in Education provides her with the skills to cut through details and present information in a concise, easily-understood manner. She is a self-described mixture of teacher, gearhead and cheerleader—a believer, wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and nerd. One of her friends described her as “fierce”. It’s an appropriate distinction for this woman who mixes passionate emotions with objectivity. Paula can see the big picture, then connect the dots. She is encouraging, outgoing, empathetic, creative, persistent and fun—attributes that contribute greatly to her terrific problem-solving and communications skills.
Paula’s interests outside of work include involvement with New Life Church and Steps to Freedom in Christ, listening to Bluegrass music, watching Razorback sports and collecting vintage acoustic instruments. She and her husband, David, own and operate Round Mountain Sounds, an online archive, registry and gallery for Unicorn Mandolins.
“I went to Angela a few months ago with a concept I was already executing but with no branding, logo, or internet presence. Angela and her team did a great job of working to understand what I was doing, what was important to me, and what I needed.
Throughout the process, Angela’s team did ALL the heavy lifting, allowing me to provide regular feedback for changes I needed/wanted. Her team is creative, responsive, and attentive.
An example would be this week. As my site went live Monday, I realized I wanted to a blog page with a subscriber function to push content to the public. Within 24 hours, she had added an extra page to the site just as I wished. It was great work. ”Ben Cashion
